Welcome to YouInMeme. By downloading, installing, or using the YouInMeme application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using YouInMeme, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
YouInMeme is an entertainment application that allows users to browse memes and GIFs, upload their own photos, and use AI-powered technology to create face-swapped images and animations. The App uses facial recognition and image processing technology to blend user photos with selected meme templates.
You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Facebook Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant YouInMeme a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of creating blended meme images. Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond the processing session.
YouInMeme processes facial features in uploaded photos to perform face swapping. Face data is used solely for image processing within the App and is not used for identification purposes. Face data is processed on secure third-party servers during creation and is not retained after processing is complete. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by YouInMeme and protected by intellectual property laws. Meme templates used within the App are sourced from publicly available content for entertainment and commentary purposes under fair use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouInMeme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
